Welcome!

As part of the Office of Public Affairs team, the Office of Event Management & Protocol strives to create and maintain event policies and procedures for the University of Kansas, specifically for the Lawrence campus.

We design, produce and/or consult on high-profile public outreach programs such as Commencement, Traditions Night, the University Welcome, KU Remembers, building ground-breakings and dedications, etc. We provide oversight to the KU Event Calendar and Youth Programs and serve as a resource for event management and planning.
